BOUNDARY WALL
Arham Vihar’s boundary wall is built with sufficient width which is safe enough for the whole plot providing security to its residents. The whole 30-acre plot area is covered by a cemented wall approx. 10 feet tall. With safety being our top priority for this township, we aim to fulfill all norms for the same.
MAIN GATE & ENTRANCE PLAZA
The Gateway to Arham Vihar is being built, with the aim to showcase the luxury inside. The magnificence of the gate is made keeping in mind the sync with the grandeur inside, calling for comfort with modern living, making it a perfect dream home. It’s called a gateway to heaven for the perfect reason.
OVERHEAD TANK
One of Arham Vihar’s amenities includes the overhead water tank. The tank is being built big enough to fulfill the needs of the entire township. Foreseeing the resident’s needs, Arham Vihar has also planned on building an underground water tank.
PLANTATION
Keeping in mind the vision of lush gardens to freshen the residents of Arham Vihar, steps have been taken to plant the plantation inside. The lush gardens are also being built with a walkway for the morning and evening walks. Serenity is a place that is established to be Arham Vihar’s essence.
POCKET GARDEN CIVIL WORK
Taking the first step towards the construction of beautiful infrastructure and greenery around you, we started with the pocket garden. The facility is made to make the resident’s life comfortable and connected to nature. The pathway is filled with plantations all around making the way lighten up.
